Take a gamble on your love of food at this wine pairing and fine dining experience featuring vino from Clos Du Val Napa Valley vineyard.

On the menu: First course (salad Lyonnaise, frisée, poached egg, bacon) paired with Clos Du Val Chardonnay. Second course (confit chicken, celeriac puree, Amaranth) served with Clos Du Val Pinot Noir. Third course (salmon Rillettes, crostini, baby watercress) paired with Clos Du Val Merlot. Fourth course (osso bucco, white bean cassoulette) with Clos Du Val cabernet.

Desserts include cheesecake, strawberry compote, Oreo crumbs, white chocolate paired with Cockburn’s 10-year tawny port.
