The safety of our guests and our team is our top priority and as such some of our policies have been updated in light of the current COVID pandemic. We continue to adhere to the most up to date CDC guidance on safety and cleanliness and may need to occasionally modify our policies. Below are our most current Spa Policies however, please note that these are subject to change at any time.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Any late arrivals will be given the remainder of time allotted for each individual service. Please know that the hotel is not responsible for booking or canceling spa reservations. We are not responsible for traffic, weather conditions, mistakes in directions, closed roads, detours, etc.
Use of Locker Room Facilities
Please know the locker rooms are NOT coed. Our quiet rooms, showers, steam rooms and saunas are currently closed in adherence to CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
We ask that all cell phones and lap tops are turned off upon entry to the Spa to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.
Guests receiving massage or body treatments must be at least 18 years of age. Guests must also be at least 18 years of age to use Day Passes.

Reservations are subject to availability. To make a reservation call 888-798-1228. All reservations require a major credit card to hold an appointment. In the event that a reservation is made within the twenty-four(24) hour cancellation policy period, full payment of scheduled services will be processed at the time of booking.
Luxury Day Pass
Luxury Day Passes are excluded on holidays.
A twenty- four (24) hour cancellation notice is required for individual services. Seventy-two (72) hours for packages. Group bookings please call for details. To avoid the full charge of services, please call within the required cancellation period.
Smoking is not permitted in the spa area.
We have both male and female therapists on staff. Should you have a specific preference, please advise us when you make your reservation otherwise our therapist will be based on our scheduling availability. If service is refused, no refunds will be given.
You will be provided with a robe and slippers for your comfort during your spa services. If you require a larger robe or slippers, please inquire at the front desk before beginning your service. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. If you require a razor, comb, or shower cap, please ask at check-in.
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. The Spa at Mount Airy does not assume any liability for personal items left in the rooms, lockers or robes.
