• The credit card charge will be processed at the time of the submission and is non-refundable.

• Total cost quoted is inclusive of product, tax and delivery fee.

• All preset orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of delivery.

• Hotel is not responsible for reservation changes or cancelations that no longer coincide with requested delivery date and time. Hotel will make all attempts to deliver as requested however reservation changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be guaranteed.

• Mount Airy Casino Resort is not liable for any incorrect information provided at the time of purchase and cannot guarantee delivery if inaccurate guest information is provided during purchase.

• Mount Airy Casino Resort reserves the right to substitute a product of similar or greater quality and value in the event the original purchase is unavailable.

• Receipt for purchase will be received upon completion of order form via email.
