What time is hotel check in and check out?

You may process your check in at any time after your arrival.  Your room will be ready after 4:00 pm. Please store your luggage, at no charge, with the Bell Desk until that time. Check out is 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to availability and an additional fee of one night's room and tax charge.

What is your hotel check in policy?

All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking.  Guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age and present valid photo ID at check-in.  All Guests must provide a credit card upon check-in for incidentals and room payment.  Use of a   debit card will deduct funds immediately.

What is the room cancellation policy?

Cancellation of reservations must be made 24 hours prior to 4 PM on the reservation date to avoid a cancellation charge of one night's stay.

Does Mount Airy Casino Resort allow pets?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on property, with the exception of assistance dogs. (Those needed to assist the physically challenged).

What types of amenities are included in your rooms?

We are pleased to provide you with selected amenities to make your stay more comfortable.  All of our guest rooms include an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, an in room safe and coffee /tea service.

Are cribs available for infants?

Cribs and cots are available for a small fee.

Do your suites have refrigerators?

An in room refrigerator is one of the many amenities that are included in your room.

Does Mount Airy Casino Resort provide wheelchairs or scooters?

The hotel reception desk can provide a wheelchair if needed during your stay. There is no charge for wheelchairs, however a credit card must be provided as a deposit and will be credited upon return of the wheelchair.

Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

Complimentary high-speed internet access is available in all hotel rooms and suites.

How many guests do you allow per room?

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of four guests. However all rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $25.00 per person when exceeding double occupancy.

How can I change my mailing address?

Stop by the Mount Airy's Player Club Desk, with valid government issued identification our staff will be happy to make the changes for you.

How can I get a copy of my Win/Loss Statement?

You may submit a request for Win/loss statements at the Mount Airy Player's Club desk. Win/Loss statements are provided upon request, at the end of the year.

Does Mount Airy Casino Resort offer free valet parking for hotel guests?

For your convenience we offer valet parking, free of charge, for our Hotel guests.

Can I pre-arrange to have flowers or a bottle of champagne sent to a guest room prior to their arrival?

Can I join your Players Club prior to my arrival?

You can enroll in the Mount Airy Player's Club on our website click here. Your card will be waiting for you at the Mount Airy Player's Club desk. You will need to provide valid government issued photo identification.

Does Mount Airy Casino Resort provide a credit line?

Currently PGCB does not permit the issuance of gaming credit for gaming activity.

When do my slot points expire?

Slot points must be redeemed within six months of issuance.
