FOOD & BEVERAGE
Stocks and maintains the inventory in the dining room to enable Buffet Beverage Servers to service guests. Separate dirty china, glassware and silver and deliver to kitchen for cleaning; Remove soiled dishware from dining room and delivering to the dish room; Retrieve clean flatware, china and glasses from dish room room for stocking in dining room; Fill ice bins; Clear, clean and set tables according to established service standards. Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc. Stock service station with napkins, place-mats, condiments, etc. Minimum of 6 months F&B experience preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age. HS Diploma/GED required.
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards; Greet all guests, take food orders in a prompt and professional manner and promote beverage sales. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout shift; Six (6) months food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds; Handling objects; plates, trays, glasses, etc; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, wait staff, cooks, and supervisor; Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. HS Diploma/GED required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Primarily responsible for the overall operation of red Steakhouse and Le Sorelle Cucina restaurants. Develops and maintains high performing teams, ensures that guest needs are identified and allocates appropriate resources to ensure proper guest service and achieves financial and company objectives.High School Education or Equivalent required. BA/BS in Hospitality Management or related field strongly preferred.In depth understanding of all aspects of Food and Beverage operations including previous quantifiable fine dining experience in a 4-5 star/diamond environment. Functional knowledge of wines, pairings, and service. Demonstrated the ability in maintaining consistent high quality guest service levels. 5-7 years of Food and Beverage experience with a minimum of 5 years as a manager/director in a high quality Food and Beverage operation. Understanding of PA liquor laws and regulations. R.A.M.P.S certification.
Administers, directs and controls the effective and efficient operation of high volume outlets as well as all dining restaurant staff. Must be able to understand budgets and evaluate other statistical business reports. Must be computer literate, including broad knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications as well as restaurant automated systems. Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred. Minimum 6 years in the field of Food and Beverage, 3 years Food and Beverage Supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant required. Minimum of 1 year experience as a multi-unit manager preferred. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, team building, and problem solving skills required. Must be able to work 3rd shift with weekends and holidays.
Provide friendly, excellent service to every customer as well as keep the beverage area clean and stocked at all times. Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (I.E CO2 canisters, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice etc.) Position requires extensive physical exertion of the arms, hands and legs, the use of four-wheel carts, four-wheel ice containers and two-wheel transh containers. Must be a minimum 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to operate the following equipment: Juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, non-alcoholic frozen drink machines, iced tea machines, and other necessary equipment. Liquor room attendant will stock all liquor system manifold and maintain clean pump rooms. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid PA Non-Gaming License.
Assist servers in providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to guests by clearing and setting tables and performing miscellaneous tasks; Clear, clean, and set tables according to established service standards; Perform set-up and closing side work assignments such as make coffee, fold napkins, etc; Stock service station with napkins, placemats, condiments, etc; May routinely fill water glasses, serve non-alcoholic beverages, and assist servers by delivering items to guest tables; May assist with other duties as assigned including room service duties; Min. 18 years of age and min. six (6) months food and beverage experience. Responsible for all kitchen operations; Prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner; Assist with employee training and scheduling; Knowledge of all meats, grading and cuts; HS D Diploma/GED required; Previous culinary experience with line cook experience required. Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
Responsible for operating cash register and properly settling checks in F&B outlets; Records all tips collected from credit cards and complimentaries; Provides exceptional customer service; Min. 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma-GED required; Knowledge of cash, credit card and complimentary transactions desired; Previous customer service with a min. of six months F&B exp. preferred; Hours and schedule vary including weekends and holidays.
Immediately greets and seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the “great service experience”; Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount; Help maintain and enhance a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our guests and employees; Perform “satisfaction checks” and oversees Busperson duties; Maintains knowledge of all menu items; Exhibit positive, outgoing personality and ability to engage in conversation with guests while waiting to be seated; Min. three years exp. in F & B preferred; Must be flexible to work varied shifts/days with holidays and weekends; Min. 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED required.
Supervise day-to-day activities of the Sous Chefs and other culinary personnel; Serve as Executive Chef in his/her absence; Supervise of day-to-day operations and assignments of the culinary staff, communicate goals, and assign/schedule work; Assist in developing new menus; Assist sales, catering, and banquet staffs with banquets, parties and other special events; Five years experience as a chef, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience preferred; Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred. Immediate need for overnight position; other shifts available. Full-time hours with weekends and holidays.
Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils , equipment and work area in a timely manner; Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds; Standing up and moving about the kitchen or other designated areas; Handling, objects, products, chemicals, cleaning supplies and utensils; Bending, stooping, kneeling; Varying shifts; Min. 18 yrs of age; HS Diploma/GED required.
RESORT OPERATIONS
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of guest rooms, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino; the Guest Room Attendant will conform to all Housekeeping standards; Promote positive guest, employee and public relations at all times; Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests; Replenishes supplies, maintains a clean cart which is fully and neatly stocks with linens and supplies; Service a minimum of 14 guest rooms during a shift; Responsible for the security of assigned room keys; Must be a min. of 18 yrs. of age; HS Diploma/GED required; One (1) year of Hospitality/Housekeeping exp. preferred; Possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays.
Responsible for providing hospitality by greeting/welcoming and assisting guests with opening doors, handling and transporting luggage and personal belongings while ensuring superior service to all guests and patrons of the Hotel/Casino. Maintains knowledge of property, hotel, events and promotions to assist with guest inquiries. Minimum of 18 years of age. HS Diploma/GED required. 1 year Bell/Door experience preferred. Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays.
The rooms service attendant is responsible for handling room service orders via phone from guests ensuring accurate posting of order and reads order back to guest. Delivers food and beverage orders to guest; Assists in the maintenance of room service area and equipment; Perform set-up and closing side work stock service stations, pre-set tables as necessary, prepare flatware “roll-ups”; May be required to retrieve trays from guest rooms and hallways; Must be available to work all shifts. Experience preferred. Minimum of 18 years of age. HS diploma/GED required.
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of all public areas, including the casino floor during assigned shift; Minimum of 18 years or older; HS Diploma/GED required; 1 year EVS exp preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred; Excellent customer service and communication skills required; Must be able to complete tasks with minimal direction; Flexible to work assigned shift including weekends and holidays; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Non-Gaming License.
Responsible for answering guest calls, making reservations and accommodations for the hotel and its amenities, promotions and events, including entering guest responses to direct mail offers; Responsible for entering reservations received from Marketing Ops Representatives; Routinely provides alternatives dates and cross sell dates to guests. Multi-tasker, performs telemarketing functions when assigned; Maintains knowledge of property, hotel, events and promotions to assist with guest inquiries; 1-3 years reservations/call center experience preferred; Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office, LMS< ARTS and ACSC systems; Minimum of 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED Required; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PA Gamin License.
Responsible for the highest level of cleanliness of all public and administrative areas, including the casino floor during assigned shift. Responsible for the safe and effective handling of heavy duty cleaning equipment such as but not limited to, shampooers, buffers, burnishers, carpet cleaners and other cleaning equipment. Ensure the safe handling of all chemicals and equipment. Minimum 18 years of age, HS Diploma or GED required. 1 year of EVS heavy porter experience preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Non-Gaming License.
Responsible for the overall general maintenance, replacement and repairs of all HVAC facility/property systems, ensuring superior service to all patrons and guests of the Hotel/Casino. Perform duties outside the General Maintenance area, i.e plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc. Must have knowledge of and the ability to read and understand codes. Minimum 18 years of age, HS Diploma/GED required. 1 to 3 years of certified HVAC system and/or engineering experience required. Flexible to work any scheduled shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle exposure to areas where smoking is permitted. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Non-Gaming License.
ADMINISTRATION
Under the direction of the Director of Financial Analysis, the Financial Analyst performs P&L analysis and generates reports that identify cost savings or revenue opportunities, to maximize profitability t maximize profitability; Financial analysis capabilities also include pre and post ROI analyses on marketing projects and major capital expenditures and labor efficiency analysis; Assesses the company’s financial needs and strategies and provides senior management with the financial reporting capability to make strategic financial and operational decisions; Bachelor’s degree in finance or business from an accredited college or university; Masters of Business Administration degree is preferred; Minimum two years experience in a compliance/regulatory function, and minimum five years experience in a casino/gaming environment; Exp. in analysis of marketing programs in a casino environment is preferred; Must have a thorough understanding of corporate finance, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, capital budgeting, profit and loss, time value of money and pro forma statements; Must be approved for and maintain a valid PAS Gaming license.
Responsible for handling transactions with both internal and external customers involving a variety of cash and cash equivalents. Exchange coins and tickets for cash and to make change for customers as necessary. Assist the slot department with payout of jackpots. Balance banks on a daily basis. Conduct transactions with guests. Cash personal checks utilizing check guaranteeing service. Maintain, and fill service ticket redemption units. Must be flexible tow ork varied hours. Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter and currency counters preferred. Must be able to operate office equipment and 10-key calculators. Minimum of 18 years old with HS Diploma/GED required. 1 year retail cashier or money handling and customer service experience preferred. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the VP of Resort Operations and Director of Security; Composes, types, faxes, files and makes copies of correspondence and documents; Answers telephone, provides information, takes messages and routes calls to appropriate individual; Schedules and sets up meetings and appointments as needed; Generates and prepares reports and requests; HS Diploma/GED required; Previous administrative/office experience preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent required; proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint; Possesses excellent customer service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Must bea ble to obtain and maintain a non-gaming PA License as required by PGCB.
SECURITY/SURVEILLANCE
Responsible for ensuring the safety of the Casino patrons, Hotel guests, employees of the Company and to protect the assets and property of the company; Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Laws and the Rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; Responds immediately to all incidents, illegal activities or any other emergency situations; Continually monitors their assigned area for safety hazards that could endanger patrons, guests or employees; Must be a min. of 21 yrs.; HS Diploma/GED required; Minimum one (1) year work experience. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required with occasional travel; Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening; Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License.
